Edna has been with Uecker & Associates, Inc. since 1990. She performs accounting functions including cash receipts, cash disbursements, bank reconciliations, payroll, payroll taxes, financial reports, and regulatory agency reporting. For Chapter 11 plans of reorganization and disbursement cases, Edna prepares spreadsheet analysis for the distributions and tracks the case-to-date allowed claims and payments. Her experience at U&A includes Basic Living Products dba Whole Earth Access, EndUp Corporation fka Imaginarium Inc., and the San Jose Medical Group Trust and Doctors Medical Center Trust distribution cases under Confirmed Plans of Re-organization. She prepares work papers including reconstruction of books and records and works with the accountants who prepare the tax returns. Other experience includes various phases of accounting for residential, commercial and retail properties, including budgets, accounts payable and receivable, and CAM billing.

Edna is experienced in manual and computer systems, cash and accrual basis accounting through financial statements, and conversions. She is familiar with Peachtree, YARDI Property Management, Excel and LOTUS spreadsheet and several other accounting software programs. Her accounting experience is in many different industries including airlines, brokerage, publishing, law, architecture, engineering, consulting, landscape contracting, retail apparel, non-profit organizations, restaurant, and wholesale food and beverage.

Edna attended the University of Minnesota as well as Golden Gate University, studying liberal arts, accounting, and computer science.
