BIOGRAPHY

Anne has been with Uecker & Associates, Inc. since 1989. She oversees all aspects of the accounting department, which includes accounts payable and receivable, sales taxes, payroll and payroll tax, corporate and business tax, and financial reporting for all the firm's cases. In instances where there is on-site staff at our properties, Anne provides management and bookkeeping training. In addition, she has been heavily involved in reconstruction and investigation of accounting records in numerous cases related to retail, wholesale, and medical businesses. She has handled specialized bookkeeping and reporting requirements for businesses involved in cellular telephone services, gas sales, water bottling, carpet sales, restaurants, wineries, and employment agencies. Anne is experienced in using Yardi Property Management Software, Peachtree Accounting Software, Lotus 1-2-3, and Excel.

Prior to joining Uecker & Associates, Inc., Anne worked for Corey, Canapary & Galanis in the areas of office management, market research, and accounting. For three years at CIM Associates, an accounting firm, she performed full-service bookkeeping, including some investigative and auditing projects, for a variety of businesses, including medical, law, and architectural firms. Anne donates her accounting expertise to several local non-profit organizations.
