2017:     Receiver appointed to manage, operate and to sell Units at 2336 Magnolia Street in Oakland, California.  The units were part of an eleven unit live work condominium project.  Unit #6 was foreclosed upon shortly after appointment while #8 was sold for $900,000 and #11 was subject to foreclosure as well.  Another property located at 1550 Park Avenue, Emeryville, California was foreclosed even though the Receiver attempted to sell it prior to foreclosure.  It was a 112,000 square foot commercial property zoned industrial.
